Refund policy

Exchange Policy -

Size exchange is available at a flat fee of ₹149, payable via COD at the time of delivery.

Return Policy & Store Credit  - 

  • In case of either a size or manufacturing issue, you can return your garment for a full refund (minus shipping) within 3 days of your order being delivered, in place for store credit at our store. Store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used on any future purchase from our online store.
  • To process a return, head to the website - https://medhstore.com/ - and click on the ‘return request’ button on the navigation.
  • This will prompt you to login with the email ID you originally used to place your order. 
  • Once logged in, you’ll see a list of garments ordered, along with the option of ‘request return’ under garment, especially if within the 3-day return period.
  • Hit ‘request return’; this will notify our operations team of the request; please do fill in the reason for a return, along with any additional comments you might have.
  • Our operations team will register a reverse pickup for your order, along with the appropriate shipping label; we request you to hand your parcel, preferably with the original packing, to our delivery partner, who should arrive within 1-2 working days of the request being placed.
  • Our team will then begin to process this return. 
    • The store credit you’ll receive is after deducting the reverse shipment fee upto Rs 149.
    • We currently do not offer refunds/returns/size exchange for international orders.

Returns Policy on Discounted Items -
We currently do not allow for returns of any discounted products, specifically products on slash pricing; if you use a code or get a discount on a prepaid order, our return policy does apply. 

Cancellation Policy -
We insist that shopping with Medh be as seamless as possible, so we do allow for cancellations, but only within 24 hours of the order being placed, given that all our orders are shipping within 24 hours of being placed.

This means that orders once shipped – this means you’ve received your order tracking number – cannot be cancelled.
