Return & Exchange

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not have a return policy.

If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size we will only exchange the size for you that will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s). This may take 7-9 working days, once we have received the returned package.

Please note that the items that needs to be exchanged should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags).

RETURN PICK UP SERVICE FOR ITEMS THAT NEEDS TO BE EXCHANGE

We have a courier service that will process the return, however this will be on chargeable basis. Once we receive your request for an exchange, we will send you an email stating all the details and charges of the return

For pre-paid and Cash on Delivery orders the chargeable amount has to be paid online.

STEPS TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

To return a product, send us an email within 3 business days of receiving the package on support@medhstore.com. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for a return / exchange.
